You are not alone

Hi guys!

Today was my third day of school and I’m happy to report, so far so good! I’ve met some pretty cool people and I really like my school. I hope your school year is going well too. Anyway, I know how tough school can be sometimes so I wanted to share something with you guys that I think can make it a little less stressful.

Today, I discovered a really cool channel on YouTube called Story Booth that you guys should definitely go check out! They take short stories from everyday people and share them on their channel. What’s even better is that all of the stories are animated! Each story is only about 1 to 5 minutes long, and it’s so easy to find something you can relate to on Story booth. Plus, the stories are kid appropriate so they are good for everyone.

If you follow me on Instagram (@IsabelleDubroy) you know that I am an anti-bully activist, and that I fight back against bullying by spreading love and happiness everywhere I go, but I also try to share the things that help me get through my struggles. I really believe that Story Booth is a great tool for anyone being bullied or experiencing other struggles in life because they have shared hundreds of inspiring stories from real kids who have gone through real struggles.

The thing I love most about the Story Booth is that all the stories have happy endings, which just shows that so many kids go through negative things every day and still make it through. It’s so easy to find a story that matches what you’re going through right now, and it definitely helps to know that there is someone else out there who knows exactly how you feel. I am thinking about telling my story about being bullied and sharing how I use my love for singing, acting, and art, to help me deal with it all. If you have a story to tell you should consider sharing it on storybooth.com too; you never know who you might help.

Anyway guys, I hope this helps you as much as it’s helped me! And remember… Be strong; don’t let anyone pressure you into doing things you don’t want to do. Be confident; don’t let anyone bring you down. Be yourself; don’t let anyone tell you that you’re not amazing, because you are flawless and you can do anything if you set your mind to it.

Be sure to stay tuned for more blogs where I share some cool things that can help kids get through the rough times…

Bye for now!

Love,

Belle
